Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting of Members and Special Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Members of the Gateway Centre and Calgary Spiritualist Church (the “Gateway Centre”) to be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. in person at 1609D Kensington Road NW, Calgary, Alberta. 

 The following is a members-only Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting.

 The Agenda is attached to this Notice.

If you cannot attend the AGM and Special Meeting in person, please exercise your right to vote by sending in a proxy.  Proxies can be filled out to any member of the Gateway Centre or a board member to vote on your behalf.

Just a reminder that our membership renewal year is from January 1 to December 31.  All membership enquiries should be emailed to our Gateway email address:  gatewaycentrecalgary@gmail.com.  (Please refer to our Gateway Bylaws as they clearly indicate what is required to become a member of Gateway.)

11. Elect Board of Directors - Pursuant to our bylaws, the term of office shall be one (1) year from the date of appointment, or until the next Annual General Meeting, whichever is first.  As such, the membership will elect the new Board of Directors.  The following Directors have agreed to let their names stand for re-election:

Should you wish to renew your membership or become a member now and prior to the AGM, all applications and payments must be received by no later than June 21st, 2026 in order to be processed by the board in advance of the AGM meeting.  Any applications received after that date, will be processed at the next board meeting after the AGM. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our membership renewal year is from January 1 to December 31st, with the membership expiring on December 31st each year.

We are pleased to offer weekly Sunday services commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Gateway Centre.  Please see below for further information. Please note:  Mediums may change without notice.  Private Readings may be booked.
